The Ultra 4 will be playing a 1/2 hour set of harmony-filled, melodic, Freakbeat-esque, power poppyish, nugget-filled Rock and Roll at the tail end of the first weekend of the 2019 LA installment of the International Pop Overthrow music festival (IPO) at Fais Do Do.
